His origins and his knowledge of foreign languages allow her to broaden his contacts to a selected foreign clientele and to collaborate with Italian and European companies.

She collaborates with the architect Francesco Capitta to get the technicals advices for her customers.

Extensive experience in the renovation, restoration of buildings of all types, particularly expert in the optimization of living spaces with targeted and economical interventions.

Collaborates with S.A.E.T. Immobiliare in the recovery of the technical documentation essential to the deed of sale and to obtaining bank credit.

It also studies the different solutions for a better functionality of a property with drawings, simulations, renderings, useful both in case of sale and in case of purchase of a property. He also collaborates in the establishment of quotes and price analyzes for any intervention.
